The cooperative model
Zero entry barrier
Intensive courses require a large upfront payment. With monthly memberships, we democratize access to training in art and technology for everyone.
Real belonging
For neurodivergent talent, work and education should be refuges, not sources of exhaustion. Here you build a community where you fit in without pretending. Membership fosters a long-term relationship to grow professionally in an environment that understands you.
Economic democracy
As a cooperative, every member has a voice and vote in decisions. Funds are reinvested in the community: more workshops, better resources and more affordable courses for those who have less.
Capital Contribution
Investing in your future pays off. As a Collaborating Member, you can deduct up to 30% of your monthly fees on your income tax return (Valencian Community regional deduction).
What families need to know
We know trusting your child's education to a new project raises questions, especially if they live with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, giftedness or other forms of neurodivergence. That's why we are transparent about every detail:
-
Cancel anytime: Cancel with one click, no questions asked, no penalties.
-
Official invoices: Valid for tax deductions, scholarship justification or social aid.
-
Separate billing: Use one email for billing (yours) and another for your child's access.
-
No phone calls: All communication is written. We respond within 24 business hours.
-
Family community: Connect with other parents who share your reality. Mutual support, shared resources and family-friendly events.
"Since my son joined Factor N, he has regained his self-confidence.
He is not just learning technology: he has found a group where he doesn't
have to pretend to be someone else. As a mother, that is priceless."

"For years I felt out of place in every job. The office noise, the spontaneous meetings,
the pressure to act 'normal'... I started to think I was the problem.
At Factor N I discovered I wasn't: the problem was the environments, not the way my brain works.
Here I didn't just learn technical skills — I found a community where I am valued as I am.
Today I work doing what I love and I mentor others on their journey."

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my child will fit into the community?
Factor N is natively designed for neurodivergence. Our groups are small, the environment is judgment-free, and everyone participates at their own pace. Many of our members had the same doubt and are now active parts of the community. We can schedule an informational session so you can see the environment with no commitment.
How does the cooperative work legally? Is there a capital contribution?
Factor N is incorporated under the Spanish Cooperative Law. As a member, you have voting rights
in the General Assembly (one person, one vote).
The first payment of 29€ is the registration fee, non-refundable, covering the setup and operational reserve funds.
From the second month onward, your monthly 29€ payments are officially registered as Mandatory Capital Contributions
to the cooperative.
What are the tax benefits of contributing to the capital?
Since your monthly fees are registered as capital contributions to the cooperative,
you can deduct 30% of all of them on your income tax return
(Valencian Community regional deduction).
For example, if you contribute 29€ per month for a full year (348€), you get 104.40€ back,
making the net cost just 20€ per month.
If the cooperative offers a special course, intensive, or workshop outside the standard subscription,
it can also be structured as a voluntary capital contribution
tied to that training program, and it will also be 30% deductible.
Are the invoices valid for scholarship or aid justification?
Yes. All membership fees and course enrollments come with an official invoice, valid for tax deductions, study scholarship justification, disability/ADHD subsidies, and any other administrative procedures you may need.
Can I pay for the membership while my child uses the platform?
Absolutely. During registration you can provide a billing email (yours) and a different access email for your child. This way you manage payments and invoices while they enjoy the community experience without interruption.
What's the difference between Support Network and Community?
The Support Network plan (12€/month) is for those who want to support the community, access divulgation workshops and get course discounts. The Community plan (29€/month) includes free access to all technical workshops, massive 30-50% discounts on professional courses, and quarterly project reviews with mentors. It's the ideal plan for intensive training.
I don't fit in at my job, can this help me find a new direction?
Yes. Many of the people who come to Factor N are in your situation: neurodivergent talent that hasn't found their place in traditional work environments. Here you can train in areas like programming, AI, 3D modeling or cybersecurity while building a network with people who think like you. Our soft skills workshops and quarterly mentorships are designed to help you redirect your career toward work where you can be yourself and be valued for it.
Do you have accommodations for social anxiety or sensory sensitivity?
Absolutely. Everything at Factor N is designed from a neurodivergent perspective. Groups are small, workshops are recorded so you can watch later, and there's no pressure to speak out loud — you can use the chat. We respect everyone's pace and there is no judgment if you need to turn off your camera, take a break or leave early. If you have specific needs, just let us know and we will adapt the experience for you.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription with one click from
your control panel. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Regarding capital contributions, although they are legally yours as a member,
the Governing Council may deny reimbursement as set out in the Bylaws and
Legislative Decree 2/2015 of the Valencian Community, and annual operating costs
absorb the funds accounting-wise.
