Factor N arises from the need to create a safe space where you can develop your full potential. Our executive, foundational, and teaching team is made up of giants from the industry elite who are, in turn, neurodivergent or have high knowledge and experience in neurodivergence.

Why are we a Cooperative?
At Factor N, our legal form is an extension of our mission. We operate as a Worker Cooperative because we believe in the power of collective ownership and democratic management.
This model ensures that the project belongs, in essence, to its workers and teachers, many of whom belong to the neurodivergent spectrum. We do not answer to external investors, but to our team and our students, ensuring that every decision prioritizes social well-being above traditional economic profit.
Tool, not Substitution.
We see Artificial Intelligence as an unstoppable force that we are obliged to know to understand the world that is coming. At Factor N, we are in favor of its use as an enhancing tool, but never as a substitution for human talent and artistic sensibility.
Our pedagogical philosophy is clear: first understand how a discipline works from its foundations without the use of AI, to then integrate the latest technological innovations that facilitate tasks and multiply productivity. We train artists who master the technique and use technology to go further, not to shortcut learning.
Where are we?
Factor N is headquartered in Valencia, Spain.
We are currently evaluating different strategic options for our definitive physical facility. We are in the process of deciding whether we will operate 100% independently or under the umbrella of a prestigious organization interested in generating powerful synergies with our ecosystem.
